    All orders are dispatched from Perth, Western Australia.

    Orders placed before 2pm AWST (Monday–Friday) are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next business day.

    Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

    Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Australia Post or the relevant international carrier.

    If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at contact@acocottesloe.com.au and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

    While ACO is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, we will always do our best to assist in resolving delivery issues promptly.
